Pork Chop and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's uncooked rice
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1/2 can water
- 4 to 6 pork chops, thick cut

Preparation
Step 1
Pour rice in bottom of greased baking dish (use butter to great pan). Evenly spread onions and peppers on top of rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lay pork chops on top. Pour soup on top of chops and then fill the can half full with water and pour on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1hr 15 min.
