Ingredients
- 8 med potatoes
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup green onion

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes and mash
375 oven
Add all liquids and salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and half bacon. Spoon in greased casserole dish. Bake 20 min. Top w/remaining cheese, bacon and scallions. Cook five min.
