Maple Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcesrershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Trim pork of all visible fat. Place the pork in a large, heavy-duty, resealable plastic bag.
Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour over pork in bag. Seal bag and turn several times to coat pork with marinade. Marinate pork in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Transfer pork and marinade to a small roast pan or baking dish. Roast, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Pork should still br slightly pink in the middle.
Let pork rest 10 minutes before slicing. Slice thinly, drizzle extra sauce over pork and serve immediately.
