Cranberry Pecan Brie Crostinis with Maple Glaze

- 1 loaf baguette bread thinly sliced
- .5-.7 lb wedge brie cheese warmed up
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c craisins
- 1/4 c brown sugar for sprinkling
- maple sugar glaze
- 3 T pure maple syrup
- 3 T brown sugar

Step 1
Slice baguette into 1/2 in slices
In a med sauce pan, combine 3 T maply syrup and 3 T brown sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until foamy, about 1-2 m in.
Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and place on a foil covered cookie sheet.
Broil on hi until crostinis turn golden in color. watch carefully, it only takes a couple minutes and you don't want them to burn.
Place brie cheese on microwave safe plate and nuke until cheese begins to melt and is warmed through.
Spread some brie on each crostini.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans and craisins. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar on the top. Serve warm.
