Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 c chicken broth, may substitute 4 chicken bullion cubes in 4 c water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c half-and-half
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs crushed red pepper, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Cook all ingredients except half-and-half in chicken broth, until mushy.
Add half-and-half and bring to a boil.
