Ingredients
- 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 c chicken broth, may substitute 4 chicken bullion cubes in 4 c water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c half-and-half
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbs crushed red pepper, optional
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cook all ingredients except half-and-half in chicken broth, until mushy.
Add half-and-half and bring to a boil.
