Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/1 /2 teaspoon milk
- 1/8 teas. pepper
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. white wine (optional)
- 4 chicken breast
- 1/4 cup grated Pasmesian cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together egg, milk, salt, prpper and garlic.
Flatten chicken breasts.
Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Cool
Arrange in baking dish.
Combine broth, wine and lemon juice in bowl.
Pour over chicken
Sprinkle cheese and cover
Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes.
