potato pie italian

Had a taste of this many years ago when Marilyn made it. She would make it earlier in the day and bake it later.

Ingredients

• 6-8 potatoes. cooked
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• dash of pepper/salt
• 2 tab. butter
• onion (dry) to taste
• garlic (dry) to taste
• Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

ADD: all ingredients to cooked potatoes
WHIP/MASH: tog.
PLACE: in pie dish
BAKE: 350 deg. for 25 minutes or til brown & heated thru
