Crispy Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, scrubbed
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- 1 t salt
- 4 T parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4in) and place in a big ziploc bag. Toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt.
Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15-20 min until lightly browned. Top with parmesan cheese and bake another 5 min.
