Crockpot Pork Carnitas

Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs pork loin or roast
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 5 or 6 roasted, peeled and diced green chiles (or one small can)
- 1 seeded and diced jalopeno, optional
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of two limes and zest of one
- 2 T. ground cumin
- 2 T. fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 t. Mexican oregano
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 2 t. sea salt
- 1 t. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with tortillas or lettuce wraps.
