Step 1
Take 5-6 lb pork baby back ribs. For dry rub mix 1 tsp seasoned salt, 1 tsp garlic pepper blend, 1/2 tsp ground ginger. Over lap and put on a sheet tray. Bake at 300. Then for sauce mix 1 c bbq sauce, 1 (12 oz) can cherry cola, 1/4 c cherry preserves, 1/2 tsp grond mustard and 1-2 tsp buffalo wing or other hot sauce. Bring to boil, reduce to medium low and simmer uncovered 30-40 minutes. After oven, put ribs on grill and cook 30 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce. WE TRIED THIS 2/12, THEY WERE VERY GOOD, BOTH BOYS LIKED THEM. I COOKED RIBS IN OVEN 2.5 HOURS, THEN GRILLED FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES. COULD HANDLE MORE TIME IN OVEN AND ON GRILL BUT STILL TURNED OUT VERY GOOD.
