Tomato Feta Kisses With Oregano & Chives

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 C. Sun-Dried Tomatoes In Oil, drained & finely chopped
- 1/4 C. Chives, finely chopped
- 1/4 C. Oregano, finely chopped
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 10 Sheets Phyllo Dough
- 1/2 C. Melted Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Combine the cheese, tomatoes, chives & oregano in a bowl & season with salt & pepper. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough horizontally in front of you, on a flat dry surface. ( Keep the remainder of the phyllo covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out. ) Brush the phyllo sheet lightly with butter, then place another sheet on top. Brush lightly with butter. With a sharp knife, divide the sheet into 12 squares, 4 across & 3 down. Place approx. 1 tsp. of filling on each square, & pinch gently around the middle till secured. Repeat till all the filling is used up. Place kisses on a lightly greased (on parchment paper-lined ) baking sheet. Brush for 10-12 min. till golden & crispy. Transfer to a serving platter; sprinkle with additional chopped chives & serve immediately.
