Ingredients
- 1 package pitted dates (about 6 oz or 170 grams or 30 dates)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- dash of Himalayan pink salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. If using a high speed blender this will only take a few minutes. Traditional food processors or blenders will take longer, but eventually the date paste will come out nice and smooth. If you want a thinner paste, then you can always add more milk.
