Ingredients
- 1 jar(6.5 oz.)marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
- 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped red onion
- 3 medium plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil leaves
- salt & ground black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Drain marinade from artichoke into bowl. Chop artichokes, black olivesand red onion. Dice tomatoes.
Place vegetables into bowl. Press garlic into bowl. Add basil to vegetable mixture; mix gently. Season to taste with salt & black pepper.
