Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked medium shell pasta
- 1 cup cooked diced shrimp
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- TT salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Once butter has melted, stir in the flour and let cook until it turns to a medium brown and begins to smell nutty.
Turn down the heat and slowly whisk in the milk until it's the desired thickness. Stir in cheese until melted. Add pasta shells and shrimp. Add salt and pepper to taste.
