Ingredients

    pkg. (10 oz.) ready-to-serve salad greens

  • 3 1/2

    c. cooked chicken or turkey breast, cubed

  • 1

    c. fresh sugar snap peas

  • 1

    small cucumber, peeled and sliced

  • 1

    c. fresh blueberries, washed and drained

  • 1

    c. fresh raspberries, washed and drained

  • 1

    rib celery, thinly sliced

  • 1/4

    c. olive oil

  • 3

    Tbs. balsamic vinegar

  • 1

    Tbs. Simply Fruit - Seedless Red Raspberry Spreadable Fruit

  • Coarse salt & fresh ground pepper

  • 1/2

    tsp. onion powder

  • 1/2

    c. Blue Diamond slivered almonds

Directions

Place the salad greens, chicken/turkey, cucumber, peas, berries and celery in a large bowl. For dressing; whisk the oil, vinegar, Simply Fruit, salt, pepper and onion powder together in a small bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently to coat, top with almonds and serve.
