CREAM CHEESE STRAWBERRY CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

• 4 cups cheddar cheese
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup pecans chopped
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 medium onion grated
• 1 garlic clove pressed
• 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1 jar of strawberry jam

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except pecans into a ball. Roll in pecans. Chill. Serve with strawberry jam.
