  • 6 oz raw tilapia or cod
  • 8 thin or 6 thick asparagus
  • 2 slices lemon
  • 1 tsp lite butter
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/8 tsp salt



Step 1

Mix butter with parsley, garlic, salt - make thick paste

On piece of foil, line up asparagus

Put fish on top

Spread butter mix on fish

Top with lemon slices

Fold foil on top - Bake 15 min.
