  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. lemon yogurt
  • 1 can Pillsbury Lemon Frosting Supreme

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease the bottom of a 9" or 10" springform pan.

For crust:
Combine cake mix and butter in large bowl, and beat on low speed until crumbly. (Reserve 1 c. mixture for topping.) With floured fingers, press remaining mixture into the bottom and 1-1/2" up sides of the greased pan.

For filling:
Combine remaining ingredients. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Pour into crust-lined pan. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture evenly over top.

Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours until center is just set, and edges are golden brown. Cool on wire rack 30 minutes. Run a knife around the sides of the pan to loosen cheesecake. Revove sides of pan. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
