Impossible Turkey Taco Pie

• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 medium onion
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
• 1 can green chiles, drained
• 1/2 c Bisquick mix
• 1 f milk
• 1/2 c egg beaters
• 1 medium tomato
• 1/2 shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Spray 9 inch pie plate. In 10 inch skillet, cook turkey and onion. Stir in taco seasoning mix and spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with chiles. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick, milk and egg beaters until blended. Pour into pie place. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomato and cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes
