Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 cup chopped cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease loaf pan.
Mix flour, sugar, poppy seeds and baking powder. Set aside.
Blend milk, margarine, egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Add cranberries and lemon peel. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool; drizzle with glaze if desired.
