Ingredients
- 1 pound Bob Evans® Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
- 1 (16 ounce) package VELVEETA® Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up NOTE: Use light version
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained - Ro*Tel Brand
- or 1 (16 ounce) jar of salsa
- 2 - 3 spicy peppers, chopped with seeds
- NOTE: Try replacing sausage with chorizo or hot andouille sausage

Preparation
Step 1
1. Crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned. Add peppers. Drain on paper towel then return sausage to saucepan.
2. Cut VELVEETA® cheese into cubes and add to sausage. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
3. Stir in tomatoes. NOTE: Drain juice but reserve all liquid. Slowly add juice to mixture until the right consistency.
4. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
