• 2 c sugar
• 1 c oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 t vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 1 t salt
• 1 t soda
• 1 t cinnamon
• 2 c apple diced
• Nuts.

Preparation

Step 1

Beat sugar, oil and eggs. Add vanilla and dry ingredients, add apple, and beat well. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes in 9x 13 pan. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
