- 1 Butternut squash peeled and cut into 1/4 inch matchsticks
- 1 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 T unsalted butter
- 1 pinch of rubbed sage

Step 1
In a skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add the squash and brown sugar and sage. Cook, stirring frequently, until squash is tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
