Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 3/4 cup melted marjoram
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 medium bananas, sliced
  • 9 ounce Cool Whip
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 jar chocolate topping

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine melted margarine and graham crackers. Press into bottom of a 13 x 9" pan.
2. Beat exit high-speed about 4 min. Add powdered sugar, softened butter, and the vanilla; beat 5 min.
3. Spread over graham cracker crumbs and chill about 30 min.
4. Spread pineapple over crumbs. Put banana slices on top. Spread Cool Whip on top; chill six hours.
5. Before serving, add cherries and chocolate topping.
