Mom's Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp. diced red onion
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 5 tbsp. mayo
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse.
Drain again. Place macaroni in bowl and set aside to cool.
2. Add vegetable oil to macaroni and toss. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
