Ingredients

  • DRY:
  • 2 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp, Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • WET
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F
1. Sift dry ingredients and set aside
2. Put the butter in a bowl and cream in the sugar blend in the two eggs and beat until light and fluffy then add the vanilla
3. Mix in dry ingredients
4. Stir in bananas and buttermilk
5. Pour into a baking pan or a Bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes
