  • 3 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon Good Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss together. Place in a 13″x9″ baking dish or a parchment-lined baking sheet for a crisper potato. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes and serve hot
