HONEY GLAZED SPICED PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1 1/10 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
•preheat oven to 350
use fork to mix paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne in bowl
rub tenderloin with oil. Rub spice mixture over until coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes
whisk hone and garlic in bowl
Pre heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Mist with spray. Cook tenderloin for 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned
place tenderloin in roasting pan and coat with honey mixture. Roast uncovered for 16 to 18 minutes
remove from oven, loosely cover the meat with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
