16 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach, cooked,
drained and chopped
c. seasoned bread crumbs
c. shredded chedder cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat baking sheet with olive oil and set aside. Combine all ingredients and mix well, ass seasoning if you like (garlic powder, pepper, or basil). Shape mixture into nuggets and place onto baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turn over after 15 minutes.
