Ingredients
- 2 6-ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
preheat over to 325 degrees. Butter a 7 x 11 inch pan
Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into a saucepan and saute the onions and garlic until soft. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a bowl. Discard liquid from other jar.
Mix eggs, bread crumbs and seasonings into the onion mixture. Stir in the cheddar cheese, parsley, and artichokes.
Pour into prepared pan and bake until set, about 30 minutes. Make sure center is done. Cool and cut into 1 inch squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
