Sesame Chicken with Lo Mein and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1-12oz pk feel good cleaned and cut green beans
  • 1-16oz pk asian classics Lo Mein noodles, thawed
  • 1 lb stir-fry chicken strips
  • 3 tblsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1-12oz pk asian slaw
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup garlic sauce
  • 1 tblsp white roasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blanch beans in large pot of boiling salted water 3-4 min. Remove beans. Add noodles; blanch 2 min. Drain.
2. Drizzle 2 tblsp oil of pan. Heat on high and stir-fry chicken 4-5 min. Remove from pan.
3. Dizzle 1 tblsp oil. Heat on high. Add garlic, slaw, and beans. Stir and toss, 2-3 min. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add chicken, noodles, and garlic sauce to pan. Stir 2-3 min. Garnish with seeds.
