Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 3 cups soft bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Add cooked vegetables and seasonings to bread crumbs. Toss lightly. Use to stuff a 3-4 lb fish. Stuffing may also be used between two layers of fillets or fish steaks.
