Coconut Macaroons (Barefoot Contessa)
A dainty cookie, great with tea.
- 1 pkg (14 oz) coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweet condensed milk
- 2 egg whites (whipped with 1/4 tsp salt)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation time 25mins
Cooking time 55mins
Preheat 350 degree - Bake 25 to 30 minutes
Mix coconut and milk and add vanilla. Fold in whipped eggs. Place onto lined cookie sheet by spoonful.
Bake until just golden brown.
