Lipton Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/4 cup melted margarine
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 4-5 medium potatoes, quartered

Preparation

Step 1

In a shallow baking pan, blend soup mix, with oil, margarine and spices. Add potatoes and stir to coat thoroughly. Bake at 450 for 40-45 min, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender.
