- Pork chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Italian bread crumbs
- Large sealable plastic baggie

Step 1
Instructions:
1. In plastic bag, place about 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs.
2. Brush each pork chop with olive oil.
3. Place pork chop in baggie with Italian bread crumbs, shake to coat. Continue until all pork chops are coated.
4. Spray rack with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Place pork chops on 4-inch rack.
6. Set timer for 5 minutes for thin pork chops or 9 minutes for thick pork chops (If frozen 11 minutes).
7. When timer goes off flip pork chops over.
8. Reset timer for 5 minutes thin or 9 minutes thick (If frozen 10 minutes).
9. When timer goes off remove dome, allow meat to rest for 5 minutes.
