Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 cups fresh sliced peaches
• 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter, gradually adding sugar and beat well. add eggs one at a time beating well.

combine next flour, baking soda, salt,and cinnamon. add creamed mixture alternating with the sliced peaches. stir in orange juice and vanilla. pour batter in greased and floured 9 x 5 x3 inch loaf pan.

bake 1 hour at 350

makes 1 loaf
