Ingredients
- 5 cups uncooked noodles
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup cream style corn
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to directions; adding peas, celery, and carrots during last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain.
Stir in chicken, corn, soup, l cup cheese, onion, red and green peppers, and pepper. Pour into 9x13" baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
