Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped apricots
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Step 1
Sift dry ingredients
Mix in apricots and pecans
Beat together egg, milk, and oil
Add liquids to dry minture.
Beat 1 minute
Turn into greased 8x4 loafpan.
Bake 350 degrees 55 - 60 minutes
until toothpick comes out clean.
