Herb stuffing mix
can cream of mushroom soup
STUFFING MIX: 4 c. stuffing mix 4 to 5 tbsp. water 3 tbsp. onion, chopped fine ¼ c.butter ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper ½ tsp. poultry season 2 tbsp. butter ½ tsp. sage ½ tsp. thyme
Lay each breast flat. Divide stuffing mix into 4 equal parts, roll into balls. Place stuffing in center of chicken, fold sides around it and hold with a toothpick. Place chicken breasts toothpick side down in greased casserole. Cover with soup. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with foil if getting too brown.
