  • 1 1/2 cups. cold fat-free milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sugar free)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping (reduced fat)
  • 18 cinnamon graham cracker squares
  • 2 large firm bananas, sliced

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk or beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes, until soft set. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Place 9 graham cracker squares in an ungreased baking dish. Top with half of the pudding mixture, then half of the sliced bananas. Then put another layer of crackers, pudding mixture and sliced bananas. Top with remaining whipped topping. Let set, covered in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
