Ingredients
- To this add:
- I use the Southern Living Cornbread Recipe in this cookbook. Make 1 or 2 skillets depending on number of people feeding.
- After cornbread is cooked, crumble in small pieces into a large mixing bowl. Toast approximately 5 or 6 pieces of toast and crumble into cornbread mixture.
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- Approximately 5 or 6 stalks of celery, finely chopped
- 6 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- broth from boiled hen or roasted turkey-can use Swanson’s Chicken broth also

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together until smooth (not too soupy or thick). Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake on 400 for approximately 45 minutes until medium brown on top
