  • 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 1/8 tsp PEPPER
  • 1 LB BONELESS LEAN PORK, CUT IN1 INCH CUBES
  • 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/4 CUP VINEGAR
  • 2 TBS FAT
  • 2 GREEN PEPPERS, CLICED THIN
  • 1/2 CUP PINEAPLE CHUNKS
  • 2 AND 1/2 TBS CORNSTARCH
  • 1/2 tsp GINGER
  • 2 AND 1/2 TBS SOY AUCE
  • 1/2 CUP PINEAPPLE JUICE

Step 1

BEAT TOGETHER THE EGG, FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER. DIP MEAT CUBES IN BATTER AND BROWN ON ALL SIDES IN HOT FAT IN A FRYING PAN. COVER AND COOK SLOWLY FOR 3 MINUTES. COOK GREEN PEPPERS IN BOILING WATER FOR 4 MINUTES. LET DRAIN. COMBINE AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES WHILE STIRING, THE CORNSTARCH, SOY SAUCE, SUGAR, VINEGAR AND PINEAPPLE JUICE AND GINGER.
POUR OVER MEAT AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES. SERVE OVER COOKED RICE.
