Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c margarine melted
  • Filling
  • 1 c margarine
  • 1 lb pkg powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas thinly sliced sprinkled with lemon juice
  • 1 lg can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 lg container cool whip
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • marashino cherries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*.

Crust

Mix margarine and graham cracker crumbs and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.


Filling

Melt margarine, powdered sugar and egg. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Spread over cooled crust. Cool. Place bananas over filling, then pineapple, cool whip, pecans and cherries. Cool in fridge until set.
