Ingredients

  • 1

    pound ground turkey breast

  • ¼

    cup diced celery

  • 2

    tbsp Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

  • tsp Worchesterhire sauce

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp black pepper

  • 2

    tsp olive oil

  • cooking spray.

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2- inch-thick patty. Heat oil in a med nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over med heat. Add patties and cook.
