WHOLE WHEAT POTATO BREAD II
This is a recipe to make the dough in the Bread Machine and do the rest in the oven. If you would like to do it all in the Bread Machine see the other recipe by this name in my collection.

Ingredients
- 2 cups AP or Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Potato Flakes
- 2 1/2 t Salt
- 4 1/2 t Yeast
- 1 1/2 cups Warm Water
- 1 1/4 cups Warm Milk
- 1/4 cup Margarine
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups Wheat Flour

Preparation
Step 1
Put ingredients into the bread machine as your manufacturer suggests. Use the dough setting. When dough is complete separate into 2 even sections and shape. Put into 5x9" loaf pans. Let rise for one hour. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes or until the crust is light brown & loaf sounds hollow when you tap it.
For a softer crust: brush loaf with melted butter
