Chicken Breasts Supreme

  • 4 chicken breasts boned and halved
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 2 pkg chipped beef
  • 1/2 pt sour cream (8 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can of milk


Servings 8


Step 1

Wrap each half breast in a peice of bacon. Roll and place in a baking dish lined with chipped beef. Blend sour cream, soup, and milk. Pour over chicken. DO NOT ADD SALT! Cook uncovered 3 hrs at 300 deg F.

If you want to cut back on salt, then wash the chipped beef and pat dry with a paper towell before using.
