  • Any Size Turkey Fully Thawed & Washed
  • Celery Stalk
  • Yellow Onion
  • 1 Stick Butter Melted
  • Cheese Cloth
  • Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven 500F.

Wash, Clean, Dry Turkey & Rub with Paprika, salt & Pepper. Place Celery & Onion Inside Cavity.

Saturate Cheese Cloth with Butter & Wrap Around Turkey. Place Turkey in Large Roaster with 1-2" Water.

Cover & Place in Oven the Night before: 5-7 pm.

"COOK AT 500F FOR ONE (1) HOUR ONLY. TURN OVEN OFF, LEAVE INSIDE OVERNIGHT & DO NOT OPEN DOOR OR PEEP!"

Next Morning - a Fully Cooked, Tender & Moist Turkey. The Juice can be Used for Gravy.
