Ingredients

  • 1-lb cubed beef stew meat
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 1 c chopped carrots
  • 5-3/4 c water
  • 1/4 c beef bouillon granules
  • 1/4 t dried parsley
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • 2-1/2 c frozen egg noodles

Step 1

In a large saucepan over medium high heat, saute the stew meat, onion, and celery for 5 minutes, or until meat is browned on all sides. Stir in bouillon granules, parsley, pepper, carrots, eater, and egg noodles. Bring to a boil, reducer heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
