Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 4 oz. chicken
- 1/2 orange, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 grapefruit, sliced
- 10 walnuts
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Season chicken with black pepper and cook thoroughly in a skillet with grape seed oil on medium low heat until cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
Remove chicken from skillet and cut into thin slices. In a large bowl toss fruit, walnuts and tomatoes with spinach. Top with sliced chicken and your favorite TIU salad dressing.
