- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup firmly packed chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup firmly packed chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Cooked shrimp

Step 1
Prepare Easy Oven-Baked as instructed under "RICE"
In a food processor, combine water, Dijon mustard, mint, parsley, olive oil, chives, and kosher salt. Pulse until pureed. Top with cooked shrimp.
